My approach
My goal is to get a mix of classic, smiling portraits everyone wants for their grandma, and candid photos that show who you are. The most important thing to me is making the experience easy. I am the most laid-back person, so no pressure at all. I'll give you poses AND prompts so you never have to feel like you don't know what to do. I guarantee we will be laughing, I'll be making making a fool of myself behind the camera to get your kids to laugh, and I will absolutely be HYPING YOU UP and making you feel so, so confident and beautiful.
On your wedding day, I'll be your bestie making sure everything runs on time (and fixing your dress so it looks perfect in photos 😉)

01. WHAT IF MY KID DOESN'T COOPERATE FOR PHOTOS?
So many parents get nervous if their child starts throwing a tantrum during the session. I promise you, it's okay. Believe it or not, this happens a lot, and I have some tricks up my sleeve. As a mama of 3, I get it. My kids get sick of photos too 😉
02. HOW FAR Do you travel?
I'll travel anywhere within a 25 mile radius from Portland at no extra cost. If your location is further than that, I will add on a travel fee of $1/mile.
03. WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
Well, no worries there, because that's my job. A lot of people actually feel this way, and then midway through the session they're like "Wait a minute?! This is so fun!"
I will give you poses and fun prompts to do the whole time, AND I'll make sure you look good doing it.
04. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER?
A combination of 6 years! I started my business in 2014, took a 5 year hiatus in 2019 to focus on other things, and came back to photography in 2024!
